The guarantee is straightforward. The deadline is tighter than it looks — here is how it actually works.
The terms
- 60 days from purchase, not from delivery. Shipping time comes out of your window.
- At least 30 days of use is asked for before a refund request, which is fair — nothing here works in a fortnight — and still leaves you a month to decide.
- Official website orders only. A purchase from a marketplace reseller is not covered by the manufacturer.
- Keep your order number and the email address you ordered with. Both are needed.
How to request a refund
- Find your order number on the confirmation email.
- Email support@alcatide.com with your order number, purchase date and a one-line reason. "It did not work for me" is a complete reason — you do not owe anyone a detailed justification.
- Follow the return instructions you are sent, and keep the tracking number.
- Keep every message until the refund appears on your statement.
The mistake that costs people their refund. The window closes while they are still waiting to see whether it worked. Shipping takes a week or two, the policy asks for 30 days of use, and 60 days from purchase arrives sooner than expected. Put the deadline in your calendar the day you order, set a reminder five days before, and start the bottle the day it arrives.
Shipping
The 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages include free shipping within the United States. Shipping is charged at $9.99 on the 2-bottle package. Delivery times are shown at checkout and vary with your location. Remember that shipping time is counted inside your 60 days, since the window runs from the purchase date.
What happens after you request a refund
You will receive return instructions by email, usually within one to two business days. Follow them exactly and keep the tracking number for anything you post back. Once the return is received and processed, the refund is issued to the original payment method. How quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer rather than us, and five to ten business days is typical.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your package arrives damaged, or contains something other than what you ordered, contact support@alcatide.com with your order number and a photo. These are handled as a replacement rather than as a refund request, and they are not counted against your 60-day window.
Cancelling before dispatch
If you change your mind immediately after ordering, email us with your order number as soon as possible. If the package has not yet been dispatched we can usually cancel it outright, which is faster for everyone than a return.
Buying from anywhere else
This guarantee covers orders placed through the official website only. Marketplace listings are third-party resellers, and we have no record of those orders, no way to verify how the product was stored, and no ability to refund them.
